Looking back over the last 10 years Catherine Gras remembers the Stublach site and looks to the future.
Storengy UK, a subsidiary of ENGIE, has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Gold level accreditation, recognising commitment to employee development, engagement, and overall workplace environment.
The Investors in People Gold level requires the company to provide a high standard of leadership, support, and continuous improvement across its employee relations. Storengy UK has met these standards, setting an example for others in the energy industry.
Storengy UK has invested heavily in the growth and well-being of its employees, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and motivation to excel in their roles. The Gold level award acknowledges the company’s efforts to create a supportive workplace culture, with safety at is core.
“This award is a testament to the incredible dedication and hard work of our employees at Storengy UK,” said Franck Turmel-Josek, Managing Director of Storengy UK. “We are proud to be recognised at the Gold level by IIP. An achievement of this kind really celebrates our team and working environment. Shining a spotlight on areas where relatively simple changes have produced significant results since our original bench marking began in 2019.’
Every employee at Storengy UK contributed to this achievement, resulting in a productive and inclusive workplace, an ethos shared by ENGIE. Looking ahead, Storengy UK remains committed to maintaining these high standards and plans to continue to invest in its people.
