Kirti, a Director and UK Country Lead at ENGIE Impact, boasts 18 years of experience in the energy industry. At ENGIE UK, she transformed engineering into a net zero consulting team, driving project pipeline growth. Since joining ENGIE Impact in 2022, Kirti has been an integral part of the team, passionately driving the mission to transform Strategy into Implementation. Her contributions have been instrumental to our success, including:
- Developing the Implementation offering and especially driving the standardization of the Onsite Solar programme.
- Establishing the ENGIE Impact UK entity and optimizing its operational processes.
- Growing the UK team and building on its already strong capabilities.
- Deploying a sector-focused approach in Food & Beverage and Consumer Goods, making ENGIE Impact a recognized decarbonization actor and voice for these sectors.
- Leading the implementation of global decarbonization partnerships with multi-national clients
Before joining ENGIE, Kirti spent three years at Centrica, where she led public sector sales, negotiated energy performance agreements, closed their first energy as a service contract and supported government energy procurement initiatives. She also spent a decade at EDF Energy, where she delivered their first energy market risk policy, their first healthcare energy performance contract and optimised nuclear outage placements.
A Chartered Accountant with a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, Kirti has a strong background in commercial structuring, energy markets, audit, risk management, and business strategy. She is committed to fostering positive change through her work. Based in the UK, Kirti has accelerated as well as deployed several net zero technologies, secured grant funding for public bodies, and contributed to sectoral decarbonisation roadmaps.
