Jay Chowdhury is the Chief Human Resources Officer with over two decades of extensive experience in various HR leadership roles across diverse industries. She is instrumental in shaping and executing our HR Strategy in ENGIE UK aligned to our objective and values.
Prior to ENGIE, Jay held an international role of Director of People & Culture – Business Partnering & Operations responsible for execution of the Group People Strategy and international transformation plans at Vattenfall by leading teams within five countries: Denmark, Finland, Germany, Poland and United Kingdom.
Jay’s expertise includes leadership mentoring & coaching, developing organisational Centre of Excellence (CoEs) framework, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, DEI, Health & Wellbeing, Talent Management and Acquisition, Employee Engagement and identifying business HR solutions.
Jay holds a MBA in Leadership & Management at Ashridge Hult Executive Education.
