“It means we’ve been able to totally transform our business model – whereas before we were subjected to volatile contracts, working with ENGIE UK has created far more stability.” Alun Sing
We’re rapidly expanding our portfolio of biomethane sites across the UK, and we’re always on the lookout for new opportunities to partner with farmers and landowners. Could this be the exciting journey you’ve been waiting for?
By working with us, you’ll enjoy a steady, long-term ground rent, providing you with a reliable and consistent income. Additionally, we offer a secure, long-term feedstock contract that shields you from the unpredictable nature of volatile commodity markets.
What’s more, we’ll return nutrient-rich digestate to your farm, reducing your reliance on expensive artificial fertilisers. This digestate improves your soil structure, boosts organic matter, and ultimately leads to healthier, more productive land.
If you’re a landowner with approximately 10-12 acres available for a biomethane plant, we’d love to hear from you. It’s ideal if your land is near a gas main, but don’t worry if you’re unsure – we can help assess its suitability. We’re also seeking local feedstock suppliers, whether that’s farm waste, residues, or crops. If you meet these criteria, you could be an excellent fit for our projects.
We’re looking for long-term feedstock partners who can supply a range of materials, including sustainably grown crops like maize, grass, and wholecrops, as well as poultry litter, farmyard manure, pig and cow slurry, whey permeate, apple pomace, and fruit and vegetable waste. By becoming a feedstock partner, you’ll generate additional income while benefiting from the return of digestate. This nutrient-rich by-product acts as a natural fertiliser, reducing your need for artificial inputs and helping to improve your soil’s health and vitality.

“It has given us a reliable income stream, a base margin in the farm – we know we can invest in the long term. We’ve noticed since using the digestate as a soil enhancer we have far better crops and we use it on our grassland too.” Troy Stuart
