Carlos Arenas

Chief Financial Officer​

Carlos is the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the financial operations of ENGIE UK. He joined ENGIE in 2020 as the Head of Synthesis within the Group’s finance department in Paris, where his role included financial planning and analysis, consolidation and performance.

Prior to joining the Group, Carlos spent 17 years at General Electric, holding finance leadership positions notably in the Energy and Healthcare industries across the US, Brazil, and France.

Carlos is Brazilian and holds a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and a Marketing MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
