FlexGen UK Managing Director
Delphine Cherel-Sparham is the Managing Director of FlexGen UK and leads ENGIE’s pumped storage hydro and battery portfolio in the UK. She joined ENGIE in 1991 and during that time has held various senior positions in France and abroad, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and transformation. Most recently she was Chief Engineering and Projects Officer within ENGIE’s Renewables business.
Delphine has decades of experience within the energy industry and has been involved in managing international projects & assets for ENGIE across underground storage, LNG facilities, and offshore exploration and production (E&P). She is also a qualified engineer.
