Graham Leith - CEO

Graham Leith is the Chief Executive Officer for ENGIE’s B2B Supply businesses in the UK, ENGIE Power Ltd. and ENGIE Gas Ltd.  With more than two decades of industry experience, he has deep knowledge of the energy markets in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He has held leadership positions for a number of leading energy companies in general management, sales, marketing, risk management, and operations. He was most recently the Chief Operating Officer for ENGIE’s Energy Supply businesses in the United States, having joined ENGIE in 2014 as Vice President of Sales.

His background includes serving as the Chief Risk Officer and the Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Energy Sales at AEP Energy.  Prior to that, he held senior positions with Direct Energy and British Gas (Centrica plc), Ontario Power Generation Inc., Photowatt Solar and TransCanada Pipelines Ltd.
Graham earned an undergraduate degree in business and mathematics from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Rob Wells - Chief Finance Officer

Rob Wells is the Chief Finance Officer for ENGIE’s B2B Supply businesses in the UK, ENGIE Power Ltd. and ENGIE Gas Ltd. He is also the Chief Finance Officer for ENGIE’s wider UK Business, including Renewables, Pumped Storage, Batteries, and Biomethane. With almost two decades of industry experience with ENGIE, he has deep knowledge of the UK energy markets.

He has held multiple leadership positions for ENGIE in Finance, Strategy, Transformation, Risk Management, and Internal Control. He has been a member of the ENGIE B2B Executive Committee since 2017 and joined the UK Country Team in 2021.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Leeds University in the United Kingdom and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant of the Institute of Management Accounting.

Richard Scholes - Chief Operating Officer

Richard Scholes is the Chief Operating Officer for ENGIE’s B2B Supply businesses in the UK, ENGIE Power Ltd. and ENGIE Gas Ltd.  With more than two decades of industry experience, he has deep knowledge of the energy market in the United Kingdom. He has held leadership positions previously at one of the UK’s largest energy suppliers in customer service, outsourcing, business improvement and operations. Richard is responsible for leading our Business Transformation, IT and Customer Operations Departments which includes Customer Service, Market Operations, Billing and Collections.

He was most recently the Director of Transformation for ENGIE UK Supply business before moving into the Chief Operating Officer role having joined ENGIE in 2017. His background includes a mixture of roles across Operations, Customer Service, Outsourcing and Business Transformation.

Richard earned an undergraduate degree in Business at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Graham Oxley - Chief Commercial Officer

Graham Oxley is the Chief Commercial Officer for ENGIE’s B2B Supply business in the UK. He has more than 25 years of experience in the energy industry and a detailed knowledge of the energy markets.

An economics graduate from the University of Newcastle, Graham has held a number of roles within ENGIE in both the UK and France, including Head of the ABT Trading team in Paris. He has also led the origination of power purchase agreements (PPA's) in the UK and Energy with Services divisions, prior to its sale to EQUANS.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Graham is responsible for the portfolio management activity including hedging, demand forecasting, pricing and costing, marketing and product development, strategy, flex services, and the procurement of green energy to support our ambition in the UK to be net zero by 2045.

Jim Moore - Chief Sales Officer

Jim Moore is the Chief Sales officer for Engie’s B2B Supply businesses in the UK, ENGIE Power Ltd, and ENGIE Gas Ltd. Jim has over 13 years of experience in the energy sector, overseeing all direct and indirect commodity sales channels in the UK as well as the sales support group. Jim has over 30 years of experience in various sales and sales management positions.

He is responsible for the development and execution of commercial, industrial, and institutional sales across the UK, setting the strategic plan for the sales team, ensuring customer engagement on the opportunities available to customers to manage costs and align commodity procurement to other aspects of the energy program, and for creating a customer centric approach within ENGIE.

Jim was most recently the Regional Vice President of Sales, ERCOT in the US having joined Engie in 2015. Jim’s background includes serving as the Director of Sales at AEP Energy, Manager of Sales at BlueStar Energy, and has held senior sales leadership positions throughout his career.

Jim has earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona along with various accreditations in accounting and finance.

Lindsay Crowther - Retail Operations Director

Lindsay Crowther is the Retail Operations Director and the Director of High-Performance Culture for ENGIE B2B Supply in the UK.  Responsible for Customer Service (Customer Setup, Change of Tenancy, Queries and Complaints), Market Operations (Registration, Metering, Settlement & Reconciliation), Billing and Consumption, Collections & Recoveries and driving a High-Performance Culture across the division.

With 26 years in the industry, Lindsay has detailed knowledge and experience across all operational functions, B2C and B2B and both Electricity and Gas.  She has worked for ENGIE for 21 years in multiple leadership positions within Operations.  Prior to that, she worked for Yorkshire Electricity (Npower), whilst also completing her degree in Business Management at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Deborah Johnson - Business Performance Director

Deborah Johnson is the Business Performance Director of ENGIE’s B2B Energy Supply UK business. She has over 15 years’ experience within the Finance discipline at ENGIE, gaining knowledge and skills at a range of levels, including Financial and Management Reporting. Most notably she was Head of Finance, leading a team of qualified and trainee accountants in Finance Business Partnering activities, enabling a greater understanding of the financials and collaborating across the business. 

Deborah is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Leeds. Whilst at university, Deborah was a member of AIESEC, a global youth-led leadership organisation which arrange work placements with a focus on cultural understanding. 
 

Phil Broom - Regulation Director

Phil is the Regulation Director in the Energy Supply Division for ENGIE UK, primarily focussed on regulatory and economic policy for consumers. With over 20 years’ experience in the UK energy industry, his previous role at ENGIE was Policy Advisor, specialising in EU trading regulations and gas markets and earlier in his career held various responsibilities for economic modelling and pricing whilst at Yorkshire Electricity. Phil has a BA (Hons) in Economics and Industrial Economics.
