Energy Bill Relief Scheme (EBRS): Opt-out notice & Opt-in notice 

As part of the Energy Bill Relief Scheme, you can elect that no discount is to be applied in respect of any energy supplied under your supply contract between 1st October 2022 to 31st March 2023, this is referred to as an ‘opt-out notice.’  Please note you are required to opt-out at a customer level only.

If you have previously chosen to provide an ‘opt-out notice' but now wish to opt back into part of the Energy Bill Relief Scheme you may choose to opt-in from any date on or after the date you notify us.  

You can specify the date from which you choose to opt-out, or once opted-out, opt back into the scheme.
